Culinary Operations Supervisor

Join our team at PJ Atlantic Restaurants (Fred-North) Ltd. as a Culinary Operations Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in food service is preferred.
This position is set in a vibrant restaurant atmosphere that demands a proactive approach and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all food and service offerings adhere to quality control standards.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Compile and submit operational reports as needed.
- Possess a strong understanding of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
- Handle cash register operations efficiently.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
