Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that all food and service offerings adhere to quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Compile and submit operational reports as needed.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
  • Handle cash register operations efficiently.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
