Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at 620694 NB Ltd. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Estimate and manage inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our culinary needs.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that it is a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Develop and implement menus, ensuring that they are appealing to our customers and meet our quality standards.
  • Manage kitchen budgets, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
