Lead Learning and Talent Development at The Institute for Performance and Learning

Vista, a world-leading private aviation group, is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Strategist to join their team. As a key member of the Learning and Development department, you will play a vital role in shaping Vista's learning and training initiatives across the globe.

In this hands-on position, you will collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and align learning initiatives with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective training programs and workshops for employees at all levels.

You will leverage technology and e-learning platforms to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training content. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators.

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in a corporate Learning environment designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that are aligned with company strategies and role-level learning needs. Advanced communication and presentation skills, including fluency in English (written and spoken), are also essential.
