**Salary:** $85,529.00 per annum

The Manager, International Marketing and Digital Engagement plays a crucial role in shaping the college's global presence through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This dynamic position involves managing a team of experts to develop and execute cutting-edge marketing campaigns that showcase the college's strengths and achievements. With a focus on building strong relationships with international partners and stakeholders, this role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to engage target audiences worldwide
  • Lead a team of communications and marketing experts to deliver high-impact campaigns and content
  • Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders to drive international recruitment and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing decisions
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A post-secondary degree in Marketing or Communications, with a Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of management experience in international marketing or recruitment
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working in a unionized environment, with a demonstrated understanding of collective bargaining principles
