Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Jaibadrivishal Food Services O/A Made In India. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:
