Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Monte Golda Trading Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and mentor a team of chefs to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of the kitchen.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
