Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Kwong Fung Food Processing Factory Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective logistics plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of inventory, supplies, and work activities.
  • Organize and maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Coordinate the flow of supplies and materials to meet production demands.
  • Train and develop team members in logistics and inventory management procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Conditions
  • 30 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
