Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Stork Craft Manufacturing Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the movement of goods, materials, and equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate with carriers, manage shipping documents, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
