Job Title: Logistics Inbound/Outbound Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Inbound/Outbound Coordinator to join our team at Stork Craft Manufacturing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, materials, and equipment within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our logistics processes.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery, and maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner, and coordinate, assign, and review work.
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders, and keep track of shipments, including knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, including knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and other relevant systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
