Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

KTL Transport Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize logistics.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress.
  • Organize and maintain a safe and efficient warehouse and work area.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Keep track of shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
