About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at VCE Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit production and other reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Problem-Solving and Technical Advice

Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.

Team Supervision and Development

Supervise and mentor delivery drivers, providing training and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Dispatch and Route Management

Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Coordination and Scheduling

Coordinate and schedule activities to meet business objectives, including coordinating repairs and rentals as needed.

Personnel Management

Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
