Job Summary

VCE Logistics is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our transportation department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of drivers and coordinate their activities to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize logistics operations.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Dispatch and Route Management: Dispatch drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet business needs and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
