Job Summary

VCE Logistics is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our transportation department. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising workers and projects, as well as dispatching bus drivers and monitoring routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient and effective operations
    • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Dispatch and Route Management
    • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely and safe transportation
  • Coordination and Scheduling
    • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet operational needs
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare production and other reports to track operational performance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language required
