About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Corporate team at Rogers Communications. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed annual targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and clients
  • Provide leadership and coaching to account executives and support teams
  • Drive revenue growth across multiple business lines
  • Develop and implement sales reporting and analytics to inform business decisions

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
