About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team at the University of Toronto. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director, Strategy and Partnerships, PRiME, and assist in advancing strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and maintain senior leadership's calendars
  • Coordinate events, including annual symposiums, meetings, seminars, and workshops
  • Maintain filing systems, scan, file, and copy documents
  • Develop content for marketing materials and write news stories
  • Determine logistical details and activities for events and programming

Requirements:

  • Advanced College Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of relevant administration and communications experience in a non-profit organization
  • Experience planning and coordinating events with high-profile attendees
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Salary Range: $66,715 - $85,319 annually, depending on experience
