Location: Downtown Toronto

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator to join our team at The Leadership Agency. As a key member of our business development department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create customized pitch decks and RFPs to showcase law firms' services and expertise
  • Conduct research to identify strategic partnerships and opportunities
  • Collaborate with lawyers to develop targeted client outreach lists and follow up on leads
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, pitches, sponsorships, and tradeshows
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of annual franchise-related conferences
Requirements
  • Previous experience in business development, marketing, or communications roles
  • Familiarity with preparing marketing materials and conducting research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude with strong judgment
