Imaging Specialist Associate Position in Document Processing

Randstad Canada is currently hiring for an Imaging Specialist Associate to work in a document processing facility located in the Concord Area.
The successful candidate will have full-time availability and a clear criminal background check. They must be comfortable working in a clean and highly maintained environment and be able to operate various types of scanners, including troubleshooting and cleaning equipment as needed.
The job description includes four main components:
1. Scanning: The Imaging Specialist Associate will load sheets into scanners, primarily a seated task, but may involve standing while feeding scanners (20% of the position).
2. Quality: They will confirm the accuracy of scanned documents, also a seated task (10% of the position).
3. Release/Index: Documentation of files and release of scanned material to customers, again a seated task (10% of the position).
Essential functions include being detail-oriented and able to operate computers, with significant data input and high rates of keystrokes.
