Job Title: IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team at Natural Resources Canada. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal end-user clients, resolving common informatics problems, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal end-users via phone, remote access, and in-person onsite
  • Record, prioritize, and resolve common informatics problems
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a two-year program of study in computer science, information technology, information management, or a related field
  • Recent experience in providing technical support in an IT Service Desk environment
  • Experience in configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and managing desktops, laptops, and smartphones in an enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of call tracking software, Outlook configuration, and Microsoft Active Directory and TCP/IP networking
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, manage and prioritize workload, and troubleshoot IT technical issues
