Responsibilities:
- Process payments approvals
- Complete wire reconciliations
- Prepare approval documents
- Assist the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Completion of a University degree and/or college diploma required
- Previous work experience performing administrative and reconciliation duties in the financial services industry.
- Strong technical skills on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
