Job Summary

Robert Half is seeking a Financial Services Administrative Coordinator for a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payments approvals
  • Complete wire reconciliations
  • Prepare approval documents
  • Assist the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Completion of a University degree and/or college diploma required
  • Previous work experience performing administrative and reconciliation duties in the financial services industry.
  • Strong technical skills on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to work with various stakeholders
