About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for advisor teams, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Manage client onboarding, ensuring all compliance requirements are met, and maintaining accurate records.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Follow up and report on missing documentation or information.
- Maintain up-to-date client files, records, and databases.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of various investment types and accounts.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately under pressure.
- Full-time availability.
