A dynamic company is seeking a skilled Collection Specialist to manage customer accounts, follow up on payments, and perform various administrative tasks related to accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on unpaid balances
  • Open new customer accounts
  • Conduct credit checks
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Enter received payments into the system
  • Issue credits to customers upon approval
  • Send monthly statements to customers
  • Answer customer inquiries about their accounts
  • Perform various administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Fully bilingual in French and English
  • Experience in accounts receivable management
  • Knowledge of an ERP software (an asset)
