Overview

Pet Valu is seeking an experienced administrative coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate logistics for events, including travel arrangements and venue bookings
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
    • Prepare meeting minutes and maintain records
    • Determine office procedures and routines
    • Provide administrative support to senior staff members
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge:
    • Proficient in MS Office
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
