**Job Summary**

As a Director of Research at Desjardins, you will play a key role in driving business growth and innovation by leading a team of researchers and analysts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the senior leadership team by providing strategic research insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage a team of researchers and analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality research outputs.
  • Design and implement research methodologies and tools to collect and analyze data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into business strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in research and analytics.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or social sciences.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in research and analytics, with a strong background in business research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
