Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for guests and staff members
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members and guests
    • Respond to electronic enquiries and provide information to guests and staff
  • Administrative Support
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure the security and safety of guests and staff by following established protocols
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work independently with minimal supervision
    • Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
    • Work a regular 35-hour week with occasional overtime as needed
Requirements
