Restaurant Operations Manager

At Tim Hortons, we're looking for a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring they meet our high standards for food quality and customer service.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock and wastage.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules for kitchen staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
