About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a restaurant management role is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
