Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and productivity.
- Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize the daily operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Staff Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
- Service Offerings: Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that they are delivered to the highest standard.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to evaluate their progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Evaluation: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Leadership Experience: You will have 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Education: You will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Environment: You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.
- Personal Qualities: You will be accurate, dependable, flexible, and organized, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
- Work Language: You will be fluent in English.
- Work Hours: You will be available to work 32.5 hours per week.
