Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including negotiating contracts and agreements for catering and facility use.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
- Work Environment: Maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and are working together to achieve our goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, flexibility, organized
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 32.5 hours per week
