Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at KINGDOM ATHLETICS LTD. in the role of Office Coordinator.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Organized, ability to multitask, time management, and attention to detail.
