About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Lead to join AD MECHANICAL LTD. This is a challenging opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a leadership role in our administrative team.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity and hold a Bachelor’s degree. Key responsibilities include reviewing procedures, delegating work, establishing priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the company's needs.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, providing clear instructions and guidance where necessary.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including budgeting and inventory management.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining budgetary controls, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner, upholding the company's values and standards.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payment of staff salaries.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, maintaining fiscal responsibility and accountability.

Supervision:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people.
  • This is a permanent position with English as the working language.
  • Working hours will be approximately 40 hours per week.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
