We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Team Lead to join our team at Reliance Kitchen Cabinets Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our administrative team, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the effective execution of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
