Logistics Administrator Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Administrator Lead to join our team at Thums Up Logistics Ltd.
Responsibilities- Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day activities.
- Prioritization and Scheduling: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
The successful candidate will supervise 3-4 people and have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
