Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring that our clinic is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
- Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines, ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly and effectively.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and format medical reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets for review and approval.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of patient records and information, ensuring that sensitive data is protected at all times.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our physiotherapists and other clinic staff, as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical administrative role.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and electronic mail.
- Transportation: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and able to work in a team environment.
