Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Clinical Program teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating daily operations, coordinating calendars, and providing administrative and clerical functions to the Program Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Coordination: Plan and coordinate daily operations, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Supporting Leaders: Provide administrative support to leaders, including planning meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing reports.
  • File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, both physical and digital.
  • Meeting Preparation and Implementation: Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and ensure timely execution of all important steps.
  • Communication: Prepare and send memos and communications as requested.
Qualifications
  • Office administration diploma from a recognized college or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer software programs and applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service.
