About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Restaurant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our establishment through exceptional customer service, staff management, and inventory control.
Responsibilities- Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality food and beverage products
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing excellent service at all times
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
