Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Subway (Harewood). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations and ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and quality food to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our restaurant team, ensuring that we achieve our business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Business Administration and Management, General or Hospitality Administration/Management.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Work Setting: Various locations.
