Restaurant Operations Manager

Haru BBQ Korean Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability, develop and implement cost-saving measures, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
- Staff Management: Plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, and determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze and manage budgets, and experience with inventory and supply management.
