Evertz, a leading provider of professional equipment for the broadcast, film, and HDTV production industries, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator/Administrator to support our regional Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage sales quotations and system evaluation agreements
  • Liaise between Sales and various departments to ensure timely processing and turnaround of quotations
  • Coordinate new sales initiatives and campaigns by researching and preparing data for Sales
  • Update and maintain contact data and information in our database
  • Coordinate customer visits and meetings, including preparing agendas and confirming personnel availability
  • Log daily, weekly, and monthly Sales activity
  • Prepare reports and customer documentation, such as letters and commercial policies
Requirements:
  • College education in a related field, such as Business or Administration
  • 0-1 year of office administrative experience
  • 0-1 year of sales or service sector experience
