Parts Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Operations Manager to join our team at Reesink Canada Holdings. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Branch Parts Department, ensuring the strategic and operating goals and objectives of the department are met while meeting established profit targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Parts Sales Process: Support our Dealers and OEM Programs by managing the parts sales process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts to customers.
- Warehouse Operations and Inventory Replenishment: Oversee the efficient management of our warehouse operations, including inventory replenishment, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
- Oversight of Parts Related Safety Programs: Develop and implement safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for our employees and customers.
- Training and Development: Provide training to Dealer Parts Staff on the parts ordering process, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively manage parts sales and inventory.
- Pricing Strategy and Maintenance: Develop and maintain pricing strategies to ensure optimal revenue and profit margins.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers and dealers are satisfied with our parts sales and service, leading to increased customer retention and growth.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels, using inventory and ERP systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Vendor Interactions: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts.
- Financial Management: Manage revenue, margins, expenses, and budgets to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Experience: Five years of experience in parts, inventory management, and supervision.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of parts counter processes, warehousing practices, and vendor systems.
- Supervisory Experience: Supervisory or management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Financial Knowledge: General financial knowledge, including budgeting and financial analysis.
