As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Branch Parts Department, ensuring the strategic and operating goals and objectives of the department are met while meeting established profit targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Parts Sales Process: Support our Dealers and OEM Programs by managing the parts sales process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts to customers.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse, including inventory replenishment, storage, and retrieval of parts.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that parts are properly stocked and managed.
- Parts Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure optimal revenue and margin growth.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to track department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in parts management, inventory control, and supervision.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of parts counter processes, warehousing practices, and vendor systems.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
