Bar & Server Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar & Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bar & Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving drinks and food in a restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drink Preparation and Service: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
  • Bar Operations: Maintain knowledge of popular and seasonal cocktails, as well as the restaurant's drink menu. Stock and replenish the bar with supplies, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Food Service: Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a bartending or serving role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
