Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization to its next level of achievement. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth and expansion
  • Provide leadership and direction to the organization, including fundraising, financial management, and program development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, Chapters, and government agencies
  • Represent Food4Kids Ontario as a key spokesperson and advocate for the organization's mission and values
  • Oversee all aspects of the organization's operations, including human resources, marketing, and communications
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, preferably in a not-for-profit organization
  • Strong financial management and fundraising skills, with experience in securing grants and donations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a volunteer Board of Directors and other stakeholders
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Commitment to advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
