We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at ZGG LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Team Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Work Environment: Work Term: Permanent; Work Language: English; Hours: 30 hours per week.
