About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at NORTHCON CORP. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs.
  • Leadership and Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and delegate authority to them to create optimum working conditions.
  • Representation and Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Human Resources Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs related to human resources.
  • Financial Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, and approve overall financial planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Supervision: 16-20 people or more than 20 people
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, team player, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 34 to 38 hours per week
