About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization, Northcon Corp, in achieving its strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive leadership and a proven track record of success in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of senior executives and staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Operational Management: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure the smooth operation of all business functions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
About the Team

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 16-20 people or more, providing guidance and direction to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a work language of English. Working hours range from 34 to 38 hours per week.
