About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Ispat Machining. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business goals.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Operational Management: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience
  • Work Setting: Manufacturing or production
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal awareness, and team player.
