Job Summary

NORTHCON CORP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, allocating resources, and overseeing the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish organizational objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 34 to 38 hours per week
Working Conditions

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
