Job Overview

This full-time position involves providing exceptional customer service support to the Airbnb community, ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and hosts.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide end-to-end support to key members of our community experiencing issues with their reservations, including those in the Luxury segment.
  • Communication Skills: Interact with customers and internal stakeholders through various channels, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Take ownership of assigned cases, ensuring a complete final resolution is reached based on workflows and management guidelines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience: In multicultural customer service teams, preferably in the hospitality industry, with experience working with high-profile and influential clientele.
  • Hospitality experience: A plus, particularly in technology platforms.
  • Language Proficiency: English is required, with other languages being an asset.
Salary
