Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Virani Financial Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Management: Manage the office environment, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on office operations and performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
