About the Opportunity

We are a leading engineering firm that prides itself on delivering innovative and complex projects. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be part of our high-calibre team of professionals who are passionate about re-imagining the future of building design and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and field review of buildings, underground infrastructure, and bridge structures
  • Temporary works required for construction, including shoring engineering on transportation-related projects
  • Provide site support during construction and work directly with contractors
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with a professional engineering designation
  • Professional Engineer licensed to practice in the province of Ontario (PEO)
  • Professional Engineer licensed to practice in the province of Quebec (OIQ) is preferred
  • Experience in design of temporary structures and construction engineering
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with cut-and-cover structures, temporary shoring, utility relocation, and construction staging analysis
  • Familiarity with MTO procedures
  • Experience in bridge design and/or construction engineering for bridges
  • Experience on site and working with contractors
